Studio 26 - CalArts Thesis Project
I took on the role of Creative Producer for the 2018 CalArts Halloween Party as my graduate thesis project in my final year in the Creative Producing & Management program. My goal for my time at CalArts was to find success in bridging the gap between "Artist" and "Manager," and sought to explore that process in full force with this producing role. Together, my Co-Producer, Zachary Palenchar and I wrote an original story narrative for the year's event, selected & guided a full design and technical team in production, generated content for our marketing strategy, in addition to allocating & tracking one of the largest student-managed budgets that the Institute allows. Below is the story treatment that we presented to the creative team when they accepted their roles, along with production photos, backstory marketing videos, & an event night sizzle reel.
